D’Prince is the only person I look up to, he’s my father – Ruger
Popular singer, Michael Olayinka, professionally known as Ruger says his record label boss, D’Prince is the only person he is cool with.
He made this known while speaking on Glitch Africa’s Surviving Lagos Podcast with the host, Susan Pwajok.
According to the ‘Bounce’ crooner, he takes D’Prince as a father and he is the only person he looks up to.
He stated that the music executive is everything to him, which includes a brother, a friend, a gistmate and much more.

In other news, rapper, Dremo has opened up on how he was welcomed after being signed to music star, Davido’s DMW records.
According to the ‘Ojere’ crooner the DMW founder housed him and other artistes for a like a year before they moved out of his apartment.
Dremo also revealed that the ‘Fall’ crooner, fed all of them during the duration that they stayed with him.
He made the revelation during an interview on Echo Room as he also talked about his rap career.
Dremo was signed to DMW alongside singer, Mayorkun in 2016.
The rap artiste stated that Disc Jockeys and other notable persons in the industry used to visit Davido’s house, and spoke on the need for him to combine rapping with singing to become successful.
He, however, said that he chose to focus on rap and never wanted to stop even though he could also sing.
Dremo further stated that Davido was more interested in getting the right management for him rather than handling his music career directly under DMW.
